PAUSA VACATION RENTALS
About Us
Founded in 2023
We are the result of the union of experience and passion for vacation rentals
Pausa Vacation Rentals Madeira is the result of the union of experience and passion for the local accommodation sector, accumulated over 10 years by its co-founders, Cláudia Martins & Lúcio Bastos. Our company specializes in the active management of 20 properties located across various areas of Madeira Island.
FOCUSED ON
Sustainable Growth
From the very beginning, we have focused on sustainable growth and the quality of our services. We take pride in having built a solid reputation through word-of-mouth marketing, a strategy that has allowed us to establish trust with our guests and partners. This personalized, customer-focused approach has been the key to our success and the loyalty of our clients.
Currently, we are working hard to expand our portfolio and introduce two new properties to the market while maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
COMMITMENT
Our Principles
We consider our business a collection of several small businesses, where each property is treated as unique and special. Therefore, we commit to the following principles:
Personalized Management
We offer tailored management for each property, addressing the specific needs of each property and its owners.
Continuous Maintenance
We ensure the ongoing maintenance of all properties, keeping them in perfect condition to host our guests.

We provide exceptional customer service, remaining available to assist and resolve any issues that may arise during the stay.
